Find Your Cancun Cab

Trusted, Safe & Easy Airport Transfers in Cancun

Follow these simple steps to easily find your Cancun Cab driver at the airport and start your vacation worry-free.

1. Proceed through Immigration.
Welcome to Mexico! Once you’ve cleared Immigration, continue to Baggage Claim.
2. Collect your luggage and then proceed through Customs.
3. 🚫 Avoid distractions inside the terminal.
Do not stop at booths labeled Tours Information or Travel Advisory — they are often timeshare vendors who may pretend to be Cancun Cab staff.
4. Never accept rides from individuals who approach you directly.
Even if they appear official, they are not authorized and could put your safety at risk.
5. 📍 Look for the official “Meet & Greet” area outside the terminal.
This section is designated by airport authorities for licensed transportation companies.
6. Terminal Information:
Cancun International Airport has four terminals for commercial flights and a fifth for private aviation.
